The NEW! NOVA Telescoping Guard is made for use with all NOVA model Viking and Voyager drill presses and mounts directly to the column. Sensor switch cable automatically engages the e-stop when opened so the machine won't start until the guard is closed. Interlocking telescoping guard is designed to keep the operator safe from flying debris. Constructed from custom molded, extremely strong and durable transparent polycarbonate that is made to withstand high impact. Easily moves out of the way for quick tool change Switch certified by UL, CUL, ENEC and CQC Constructed from custom molded, extremely strong and durable transparent polycarbonate that is made to withstand high impact; and withstands temperatures of up to 275° F/135°C; with an ultimate tensile strength of 69 MPa.
